These terms govern your use of the Pilotier managed AI assistant service. By using Pilotier, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Service description
Pilotier is a managed AI assistant service. We provide inbox organization, draft response generation, follow-up tracking, and morning briefings. We operate on a draft-first model: we write, you approve, you send. We never send emails on your behalf without your explicit approval.
2. Account access
To provide the service, you grant Pilotier read and draft access to your email account (Gmail or Outlook). This access is used exclusively to provide the Pilotier service. You may revoke this access at any time through your email provider's security settings.
3. Payment terms
Pilotier is billed monthly. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept major credit cards. Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active clients.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, we will disconnect from your accounts and delete your data within 30 days.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Pilotier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Pilotier to send spam, engage in phishing, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
6. Limitation of liability
Pilotier is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pilotier's liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of all content in your inbox. Draft responses generated by Pilotier on your behalf are yours to use, edit, and send. Pilotier retains ownership of its systems, processes, and technology.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
