Every morning, before you open your laptop, Pilotier has already organized your inbox, flagged the emails that need a response, built your follow-up queue, and written draft responses for anything that requires a reply. You get a short morning brief — a clear list of what matters today. Then you review the drafts, edit if needed, and click send. That's it. We handle everything else in the background.

No. Never. This is the most important thing we tell every client: we operate on a draft-first model. Every email that goes out, you see it first. You review the draft, edit it if you want, and you click send. We never auto-send anything. The AI writes. You decide. Every time.

Discovery to go-live in 3–5 business days. Day 1 is the setup call. Days 2–3 are configuration and workflow build. Days 3–5 are the QA pilot where you see everything before it goes live. By the end of the week, your inbox is running on autopilot.

Starter plan includes Gmail and Outlook integrations. Growth plan adds calendar sync (Google Calendar). Optional add-ons include WhatsApp and Telegram. If you need something else, we offer custom integration consultation on the Growth plan.

Every draft response is surfaced to you for review before it sends. You'll see the draft, the original email it's responding to, and any context we've added. You can approve it as-is, edit it, or skip it entirely. Nothing leaves your inbox without your explicit action.

Growth plan clients get custom integration consultation as part of the package. We can build bespoke prioritization rules, custom follow-up triggers, and specialized workflows for your specific operation. For more complex automations, we quote those separately.

Yes. No contracts. Cancel with 30 days' notice. We don't lock you in because we believe we should earn your business every month. If it's not working for you, we'd rather you tell us than stay out of obligation.

Each client's credentials and data are stored in a completely separate, isolated environment. Your access is never shared with other clients. We follow standard security practices for credential storage and access management. We don't sell your data. We don't use your email content to train models. Your inbox is yours.

We'll tell you before you pay anything. The setup call is free. If we don't think Pilotier is the right fit for your situation — whether that's because your volume is too low, your workflow is too specialized, or you need something we can't deliver — we'll say so. No hard sell.

Both. The daily operations — inbox organization, draft generation, follow-up tracking, morning brief — are AI-powered. But the setup, configuration, ongoing optimization, and check-in calls are handled by our team. We're a managed service, not a software product. You're not just getting a tool — you're getting a team that runs it for you.
